Her perspective is one of an operational leader with HR, TR, and OD expertise. She began her career in nursing, developing a disciplined, integrated systems-based approach to assessment and problem solving before moving into global manufacturing and financial services leadership roles to rapidly expand product lines and revenue. Regan earned her CPC and SPHR credentials and has served in SHRM national, regional, and state leadership roles, including TriState Conference Founder & Chair and National CHRO Initiative Co-Chair.
